The holiday farm Annamaria is situated on the hills overlooking the Lake Trasimeno - 4 km from Castiglione del Lago and 10 km from Tuscany - and offers panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding beautiful countryside.
The building, situated in the small village of Frattavecchia (Agrifoglio apartment), has been recently restored in accordance with the Umbrian rural tradition: it is composed of a large living-and dining-room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom; heating, bed and bath linen.
It can lodge from 2 to 6 peoples.
At our guests' disposal there is a large equipped garden (50 mt from the house) with swimming-pool, gazebo and playground, full of trees and flowers.
In the garden, there is a building with a common room (living-and dining-room with kitchen) and at disposal of our guests there is large bathroom.
The cottage lies in the park consists of two independent apartments:
- the little (Biancospino apartment), for two people, has one room with bathroom, cooking facilities, and a wonderful terrace with panoramic view on the Trasimeno lake;
- The biggest (Ginestra apartment), from 2 to 6 people, has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds, a bathroom and a large living room with a double folding bed, cooking facilities, a fireplace and a terrace with panoramic view on the Trasimeno lake.
In the park there is another small apartment (Nocciolo apartment) for two/three people, has one room with bathroom, cooking facilities, a wonderful terrace with panoramic view on the Trasimeno lake.
The quietness and beauty of this place guarantee a fine and pleasant holiday.
You can stroll in all our farm where there are many olive trees and some secular olive trees (is like a big garden) and if you want you can taste our extra virgin olive oil. (Our farm is particularly specializing in Extra Virgin Olive Oil production).
All around and near our location you can find many beautiful, historical and characteristic place to visit.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast or tasting of some of our healthy and natural products, made directly by us. You can savor our extra virgin olive oil, various types of jam, the prized "fagiolina del Trasimeno" bean, and an excellent local DOC wine.
Our extra virgin olive oil is our flagship product, carefully produced and authorized directly by our company. Coming from our registered DOP Umbria olive groves, it is a product of the highest quality, completely natural, delicious, and healthy.
Annamaria's jams, available in different tasty varieties, are exclusively made from our fruits, cultivated with care following the best natural principles.
The "fagiolina" is a typical and characteristic legume of our area. An authentic traditional specialty that, seasoned with our extra virgin olive oil, can be enjoyed as an appetizer, side dish, or main course.
Our wine, called "Colli del Trasimeno" DOC, both red and white, is produced with the best grapes grown on the gentle hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
Additionally, for our guests, we often offer complimentary vegetables, eggs, and fresh fruit, all produced by us.

Hello, I'm Annamaria. I live in a small village located in the heart of central Italy. For over 20 years, my family and I have been happily managing our small farmhouse, which consists of four self-contained and independent apartments. I have welcomed and hosted many people from all over the world with satisfaction. With my guests, I aim to build a relationship of friendliness and familiarity. Many of them return to stay with us and have become our friends. My work has always brought me great human satisfaction.
