APARTMENTS: The rustic cottage lies in the park is a country house Umbria Tuscany border and consists of two independent apartments in front of the panoramic pool: - the little (BIANCOSPINO APARTMENT), for two people, has one room with bathroom, cooking facilities, terrace and gazebo on the terrace for exclusive use with panoramic view on the Trasimeno lake; - The biggest (GINESTRA APARTMENT), from 2 to 6 people, has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds, a bathroom and a large living room with a double folding bed, cooking facilities, fireplace, terrace, and a gazebo on the terrace for exclusive use with panoramic view on the Trasimeno lake and Cortona. - In the park there is another small apartment (NOCCIOLO APARTMENT) for two/three people, has one room with bathroom, cooking facilities and a outdoor space for private use with table and chairs and view on the Trasimeno lake and Castiglione del Lago. - The building, situated in the small village of Frattavecchia (AGRIFOGLIO APARTMENT), has been recently restored in accordance with the Umbrian rural tradition: it is composed of a large living-and dining-room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom; heating, bed and bath linen. It can lodge from 2 to 6 peoples. - At our guests' disposal there is a large equipped garden (50 mt from the house) with panoramic pool, gazebo, barbecue and playground, full of trees and flowers. In the garden, there is a rural building with a common room (living-and dining-room with kitchen) and at the disposal of guests of the Agrifoglio apartment there is large bathroom.
